Xander Singh's "ICU" is perfectly introspective for days like this with a new video out today focusing on what could have been (as Xander sings) if we really tried.

Xander told Flood, who premiered the video:

"ICU is about being unable to escape your emotions. The feeling of being followed by them every where you go, and learning to accept the weight on your shoulders as you walk through life while trying to reconcile your past in order to keep moving forward."
