Xander Singh is taking a hard stance on romance with his new song "Love Is Suicide," channeling heartache for a refreshing pop banger.
He explained the back story of "Love Is Suicide" and how he opted to channel those emotions sonically:
"As manic and rough around the edges sonically as it is lyrically, this song is about completely giving up on the idea of love, post-heartache — the point in which you tell yourself, 'I can't go through that again.'"
A former member of Passion Pit and Pepper Rabbit, Xander Singh's debut album Muffin is out Dec. 16, chronicling a year of traumatic health and relationship problems.
