Xander Singh's heartache is in critical, gorgeous, condition on his new song "ICU," conjuring desperation on the emotional synth-pop ballad that's out today.

"'ICU' details the struggle to escape regret, loss, and pain," says Xander, "and how it breaks you when you are constantly surrounded by reminders of it every time you look around."

The new single precedes Friday's release of his debut album album Muffin, following tracks "Turn Off My Love," "As Long As You're Loved" and "Love is Suicide." 

A former member of Passion Pit and Pepper Rabbit, Singh's Muffin chronicles a year of traumatic health and relationship problems.
