SWIMM - Man's Man/Groupie

Los Angeles psych duo Swimm return with a sultry new psych-fuzz anthem called “Man’s Man." On it, Chris Hess and Adam Winn show a bold new departure from the Beverly Hells EP with a quirky, staccato groove, spacey synths, pointed guitar leads and one of the biggest hooks you’re going to hear this year. Hess explores new territory with his vocal delivery in a way that would make David Byrne proud and one can only imagine the sort of party “Man’s Man” will create when the band debuts it live (which they will Friday night at their homebase, The Cube, before taking to the road with Rooney and James Supercave in December).

“Man’s Man”, produced by Alex Fitts of The Kickdrums, will be featured as the a-side of SWIMM’s new digital single out later this month via Hit City U.S.A.
